They had a lot of knowledge love the veterans discount very kind and respectful. It’s the only parts house all ever use. They have a lot of things other places don’t.

In the past month every trip to this Oreillys has been a disappointment. Ordered an O2 sensor, computer says received, employee can’t find it. Looking for a tap, computer says in stock, employee can’t find it. Warranty return? “No we won’t send it in for warranty” going to switch to auto zone and I hate auto zone.

Horrible customer service. Being from the industry I would never treat a customer the way they treated me. The guy in the commercial department could care less and actually had a severe attitude issue. Very disappointing. This used to be a great company.

Great service knowledgeable employees. I see these other reviews that aren't so great and I was in the store during one of them and I can tell you, he didn't ask for help, he was asked by staff several times but declined help. The website is fantastic with its vehicle match. I have driven from Granbury all the way to Benbrook(29ish miles one way) to another O'Reilly's because the trust I have for them outweighs the convenience of stopping at an AutoZone 9 miles from my house.

I have given them hell in the past charging my different batteries. Hehe.

With corporate companies the service varies according to the employees' hearts.

Loves others as you love yourself. If you don't love yourself, then know that God loves you and be an expression of His Love.

Marcus and King are my two favorite employees. Not t that the others are bad, just are more familiar with them.
