I am new to Medicare and Sarah and Matt (on my first visit) were so helpful and patient with me, explaining how things worked. They did their best to get me the best price available.

Made my second trip to CVS pharmacy today and, again, the staff were great. They are so helpful in trying to find the best price for their customers.

We have started using CVS pharmacy lately and they are extremely fast to fill the prescriptions. They are also very professional and kind when we check out. The store could use a little refreshing but other than that we have been really impressed. They have become our go to pharmacy.

There is a girl that usually works the afternoon shift and is very rude and just doesn't care. I don't know her name (but wish I did) but my wife has even witnessed her in person being disrespectful to other customers. Once my prescription is done I will be taking my business elsewhere just because of her. She definitely needs to find work that does not involve interacting with people.

Horrible customer service and attitude. This pharmacy is the worst ever. Don’t waste your time here. The pharmacy won’t tell you if they are out of stock for the prescription your doctor sent in. You simply waste your time going up to the store and they inform that they don’t know anything. If you require a prescription that is urgent definitely don’t use CVS, especially the Weatherford location. They simply shrub their shoulders, and say “next”.

I was just at the Dr for a bad infection. Mr Dr sent in 2 RXs, one for the infection, another for side effects should they occur. I came to pick them up and the girl wasn't terribly nice, but gave me one RX and I asked for 2. She said I had no others so I called my Dr. They insisted it was sent, they sent it again. I was now working with another Pharmacy Tech. She was super rude and short, poor demeanor and no care. This tech, whose name I don't know, had tattoos on her arm and was taller. I asked her to please stop being rude. She kept pushing some keyboard button and then said she couldn't help after my Dr whom was on the phone asked if they would take a verbal request from. She said 'nope, they need to call the pharmacy.\" I then told Dr's office to please call the pharmacy and Pharmacist, so they did. Pharmacist proceeded to advise them it was filled and already ready. The Pharmacist kindly asked me it the RX shared with her was what I needed and I confirmed it was but that the other two techs said they didn't have for me. She didn't know why and advised it had been ready. Those two techs, and a third continued the entire time the Dr and Pharmacist spoke on the call to still be rude. One, the first girl I interacted with (shorter and maybe Hispanic) even laughed. I asked her to not laugh and that I was pretty sick just needing my medicine. They kept speaking under their breath and the taller (second girl) told me to sit down and wait patiently and that it'd be at least 20 min. Turns out all 3 techs were wrong and the RX was there, filled and ready for pick up when I first asked, yet those two techs were too busy being rude and heartless to look and try to help. Seemingly too much effort for either. May find a new pharmacy after this terrible experience.

Always a hassle with CVS and this one is no different. The Pharmacy is the absolute worst, unfortunately my monopolized prescription insurance (CVS Caremark) requires me to use CVS. What a shocker!
