I got a $7 car wash and they charged my card 10$ what a scam and the spot free rinse that was part of the car wash made my car look horrible and the vacuums have no suction. I used to love this car wash and I do appreciate the free vacuums but they should just charge and fix the vacuums. I would like a refund on my 3$ extra charge. I won’t be going back because of the vacuums and extra charge.

I like this car wash but don’t love it. When you use your card to pay for the drive thru the company initially charges $10. The difference is refunded from the car wash service chosen. I visit this place weekly because it has a touchless drive thru car wash, shaded area to dry and use the free vacuums. The man who runs the place is there daily and trying to keep it up. I enjoy seeing him and knowing that he is there if needed. Simple place. My expectations are realistic from what you see of the older car wash scene. I use the $7 wash and it’s fine with me although I wish it had a dryer. Vacuums are meh.

i usually go to wash and vaccum my car late at night when it is not that busy and no suspicious people around. But lately looks like people started to use the stalls for parking , just parking and doing absolutely nothing there. Same with the stalls with vaccums.. Some group of all teethless people park between the vaccums and drink alcohol. When you ask them to move, they start to cuss you and be agressive. Also there was a junkie walking from stall to stall to beg either for money or for a ride.
On my pic you can see cars are just parked without a driver present in them.
Due to to the safety reasons, i dont think id like to come back to this car wash.

Update 9/24/24
Please fix the leaking swivel connections in your self wash bays. Leaked tire and wheel cleaner all over my paint.
Starting to show your age BJ's. Time for an upgrade, there are many drive-thru wash out there to choose from.
P.s. duct tape is not a good way to fix things.
