This was my first visit to a "Raising Cane's Chicken Finger" Restaurant and was a little disappointed. It wasn't "Bad" it just wasn't "Really good"..!! It is a little "Pricey" for what you get, but again it wasn't outrageously expensive, I paid $9.99 for a 3 piece chicken combo. First, their "Secret Sauce" that they say they are known for, tastes like a combination of Mayonnaise and Thousand Island Dressing (wasn't impressed).
Chicken had a thick soft batter on the outside that was relatively tasteless flavor but once again, it wasn't bad, it just wasn't a "WOW, what a great taste", it was more like an "O.K , it's food. Best thing if the Cane's Meal was the "Texas Toast" and the "Sweet Iced Tea"..... both were really good .

Food was amazing, a little on the pricey side. But not that bad of a deal. Line was a bit slow, but I believe it was worth the 15 min wait.

I went through the drive through later in the evening last night. My order was taken and paid for. Then I had to wait 15 minutes for my singular caniac combo! When I was the only one there! everything was soggy and sopping! I asked for extra bread,but no slaw! Instead I got extra sauce instead of my extra bread! I have already ordered 2 side of extra sauce so not having my extra bread was disappointing. My Sweet Tea was Undrinkable! I realized all this when I got home!

Also the little i was actually able to eat made me SICK! Not worth almost $20!

The service was curt and rude! No positivity at all!

I like cane's but this location is TERRIBLE!

Every time I go to Louisiana to see my family, I always stop here to eat. It’s sort of like a tradition. Some of the workers here know and recognize me when I come in. These select workers also know my order by heart. The food always comes out great, with no problems, and I’ve never had a mistake in my orders from here. They know what they are doing. However, the only thing they need to work on is professionalism with some of their staff. Yesterday, I saw none of the people that knew me, but the ones that were there were rude. They barely acknowledged me, and were cussing left and right loud enough for the dining room to hear. When asked for assistance in ordering, they kind of laughed amongst each other, finished their conversation, and then decided to come let us order. I’ve never had an issue with Raising Canes, being my favorite chicken restaurant, however, it was yesterday where I saw that the management needs to teach their staff professionalism at work. Either way, the food was out fast and it was great.

Definitely not what I expected! They only have a limited amount of options for the menu chicken strips or a chicken strip sandwich. Although it was good, friendly staff, and pretty fast service. Its just not worth the hype.

Lo que mas me gusta son los chicken sándwich sin duda. El pollo siempre esta muy jugoso y las papas muy buenas también, sobre todo si pides aderezo extra y le pones.

Ask for fries and chicken strips to be cooked fresh they just refried already cooked food what they had sauce even looks old. To the trash‼️?
