I would never recommend this place worst experience of my life. From the doctor to the ladies in the office very unprofessional .The office is very unorganized the staff needs to be retrained from the scheduling to the paper work to communication with their patients. You can clearly see they do this job for the money and not with Passion .When ever you have an appointment please be ready to waste your time because they are quick to reschedule you . Because they fail to check paper work nor do they make sure before a patient comes in that they are good to be seen they wait till you get there to tell you something is wrong and that you need to come back.This has happened more then several times you would think they would get it together Be ready to do do their job .The lady in the radiologist room and the lady that schedules the surgery date for the hospital are the sweetest ever .. Every one else should Retire Very sad and very disappointing . I wouldnt even give them a 1 star . Dont waste your time or money or you insurance money on this place ... I will never step in this office again

My experience was very positive, THE doctor and all of his staff was very polite, professional and supportive. My follow up after surgery was great, they called me at my home to see how I was doing and that really made me feel good and that I made the right choice choosing this office. The physical therapy person is excellent I can not give her enough praises or thank her enough for helping me.

Worst experience of my life! He was very rude at my appointment not explaining anything to me not even going over my MRI with me. Did my surgery while doing my surgery he fractured the bone above the knee replacement and then assured me that it would be OK to go through with therapy anyway. I was released and went home only to come back days later in pain finding out that the fracture had moved all the way across The top of the replacement. I was admitted to the hospital where they call Dr. Glosser when I asked them not to that I wanted to see a new doctor. When he came in I asked him why would he tell me to go through with therapy if he knew there was a chance that the fracture could move he couldn’t tell me anything just that he thought it would move. I then refused to let him touch me and wanted to be transferred to another hospital to see a different doctor. I was transferred to Baptist Kendall where a wonderful doctor was able to do the surgery to fix my leg and I ended up in a cast for six weeks right after I had a knee replacement. No therapy because of Covid Just a total nightmare. My original knee replacement surgery date was February 18, 2020. My surgery I had to have to fix that surgery was February 27, 2020. I was released from the hospital on March 5, 2020 It is now July 29, 2021 and I still have to have another surgery to remove all of the scar tissue so that I can have the correct range of motion in my leg. Not able to walk correctly even though I went through all of this thanks to Dr. Richard Glosser. I don’t think he treats all of his patients the same he’s very rude when he wants to be.

Made my appointment a month ago they keep rescheduling me because the doctor had a surgery wish I call to confirm my appointment for the next day & then they call me to reschedule it again for the 2week not professional & miss Guided & poor management

The very friendly and attentive staff took care of finding a fast appointment for me and treated my condition with the urgency I felt myself it needed and they even exceeded. The doctor did the same thing for me very attentive, took care of explaining me the whats' and whys' and went even further on making sure the diagnostic was accurate. Dr. Glosser has always been a very professional doctor while making patients feel comfortable and safe under his care.

Horrible doctor, he destroyed my knee. If I can give a Zero star, I would. Because of him I have extreme knee pain which I never had before I met him. My knee will never be the same. He’s nice at first but after he operates you and gets his money. He becomes rude and doesn’t care about his patients. Be aware of this doctor!!!!
