i wish they had own parking lot designed for the elderly at this location on the other side of store or seperated from the crosswalk that many have to drive into & out of at that bottle-necked street light. that said, prices are high on almost every item, unless you coupon stack with the app & only get specific groceries on sale. i prefer HEB if i have time or if its closer, but the pharmacy is the best compared to any walgreens in the area by far! since they dont offer the selection of bigger stores, i wish they could at least have more sales or offers(not just out of date sales) to help come down on the increasing grocery prices & compete with other stores. wont be amazed if all groceries skyrocket in the near future either way sadly... $6.99+tax for cheapest small block of white cheese; same brand is $2-$3 cheaper at other stores. Beer over-priced. everything is vastly cheaper at walmart&HEB

It's a grocery store… they pretty much all work the same… and everyone either knows how they work, or eats fast food… in which case, they'll understand how they work when doc says no more fast food…

This store is very handicapped friendly. Not only do they keep their electric carts maintained, they look out for you and check in to see if they can help with anything. I’m super grateful to the amazing staff.

Why do I need an app to get a sale price? Prices are high. I'm almost 70 on social security. I wanted some grapes, was happy they were on sale, $2.89/pound until I checked out. No I don't have the app so I didn't get the sale price. I didn't even have a phone with me. My husband and I share a phone. I like albertsons but I can't afford to shop there anymore.

Went to Albertsons recently for some cilantro and jalapeño peppers ?️ and I was really pleased with how organized the produce section was . There was a Hispanic man that was working the produce section and helped me find the fresh cilantro because it was misplaced . He was a gentleman and I’m glad Albertsons employs people who keep the place organized, clean and all while keeping a smile on their face . I didn’t catch his name but I thanked him a few times for being so kind and helpful. I spoke what little spanish I knew to let him know that he’s appreciated!

*I’ve attached a couple pictures of the produce section on that day . The colors of all the fruits, vegetables and herbs lit the place up . 🙂 I also love that they support Texas farmers!!!

Went to get groceries yesterday for myself, my husband, 5 kids, and nephew and left with no groceries. I meticulously spent time clipping coupons so I could get what I needed at a price I could afford for our weekend in weatherford visiting with family/nephew while his parents are away. At checkout my total was around 80$ and should have been closer to 50$ with deals. my phone number did not pull up my clipped deals so the cashier (who was great) voided and rerang my transaction so she could scan my app directly. After re ringing everything and scanning my app - clipped deals still did not load. Only deal that worked was a BOGO (that I didn’t have to clip to use). Cashier then called over a woman who was supervising, Brandie, who proceeded to tell me they aren’t working because I’ve already used them. Which is inaccurate. I know that bc my husband has been in a job transition and I got groceries from a food pantry last week. Not a store. I then tell her I haven’t used them and she (again inaccurately) scrolls through my app to tell me my clipped deal has to show up on “my list” and if it doesn’t then I used it already. Which isn’t true I’ve never had to use “my list” to clip deals. I then tell her I can’t afford to get the groceries if she can’t help me get the deals that fit my budget. She rudely asked me if I wanted her to just void them then - insinuating she was unwilling to be kind/helpful. I said I guess and left after spending about 1.5 hours using my app to scan and make sure I was using the correct items for the deals. I left crying and frustrated and the cashier was very kind and I could tell she felt awful.

I went home and used the app to place a pickup order WITH THE SAME EXACT ITEMS. And wouldn’t you know it? I wasn’t lying and my deals loaded. I did have to pay the $3.95 for express so I would be able to feed my kids dinner at an appropriate hour.

This is absolutely unacceptable and no way to treat loyal customers who are using the ads and app correctly. Also - I used the feedback form on the app yesterday to share my experience bc the “chat” feature is not working at all. And still got no confirmation in app or via email of any sort my feedback was received. Pictures are proof my deals in fact did work when I placed an order on the app ?

Huge fan of this store. The employees are so kind and they actually remember me every time I come in ? make sure to try the sushi! This is the only sushi place I recommend in the area. I think their the only ones that don’t add Sugar the spicy mayo!

They have the best bakery! I wish I knew the name of the lady who made my graduation cupcakes because they were amazing! I get cakes for every event from this bakery and it never disappoints! Thank yall so much for everything you do. The ladies there are so super sweet every time I pick up cakes from there. They need a raise! ?
