My dad sent all of his guitars to Craig's and I just sent in mine for the first time. The workers were all kind and friendly, and the guitar setup I got was completed in 24 hours. The setup itself was great. The guitar is playing the best it has played. One of the best guitar shops in the greater DFW area.

The people here are all very kind, knowledgable, and happy to help answer questions and give advice when needed. There was also a wonderful selection of products available to get everything I wanted. (and for a good price!)

I highly recommend this location! I definitely plan to return here when I’m ready to get a new guitar in the future.

My daughter's guitar that she was using at summer camp was in need of repair (broken tuner peg, missing strap button). Staff was very helpful in getting set to address these issues, but then we noticed the belly and the bridge lifting from being out in the heat and humidity too much. Repairs would be more than the guitars value. The staff was very helpful in helping us get a new guitar for her from the in-store selection. They even threw in a free accustic tuner wich was much appreciated. Always a great experience when we stop in here. Highly recommend this store.

Went in to just look at some vintage gear. I got to see some unique equipment, got to play a few vintage guitars, and see a Les Paul Gold Top signed by Les Paul with authentication verification. It was an awesome stop while antiquing.
