I am in love with this doctor and the staff and place! it’s always clean and organized.The doctor is amazing, so kind and generous. Very professional. The staff are always ready to help you with whatever you need and all of them are super kind! I went to get an eye exam and then to pick up my glasses, love my new glasses. They are so cute and I can see so much better now. I love them.

Dr. Friedman is fantastic, I have been going to see him for close to a decade now. He is very professional, takes his time to explain the test and provides recommendations. I have never have had any issues with the glasses his staff has recommended, they are very patient and attentive. Very good customer service and the glasses are usually ready in less than a week. They also have convenient business hours especially for those wanting to book appointments after hours.

He knows what he's doing especially since he's been at the top of his profession for 30 years now. Dr. Terry Friedman is down to earth an encourages questions and takes pride in answering all questions. He takes his time explaining the results of the exam. He's a meticulous perfectionist with an excellent work ethic. Just don't forget to turn off your cell phone ringer while in the exam room. His motto is "Do it right the first time!"

I don't have insurance and was referred to Dr. Friedman by the Walgreens Clinic down the street. I explained my emergency to them and the receptionist told me to come right in and they will squeeze me in. One hour later I was walking out with my prescription. Wonderful doctor and very friendly staff. Amazing experience today. Very friendly and knowledgeable doctor! I love it! What a great day!

Dr Friedman is VERY RUDE!!! I went in for an exam for contacts, I told him the brand I used he forced another brand on me that was not sitting right on my eyes, I wore them for a day and my vision was blurry all day. I called him so he could check my eyes again he became frustrated because I told him I rather stick to my brand from before, long story short he refunded my money and told me to go to where I went before since they were able to get it right! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Maybe if he wasn't so busy telling me his personal life he would have been able to find the perfect fitting contacts for my eyes!
