I was with this agency for years. I tried to get my rates lowered but was told that because of an accident three years ago that they could not help. I found a better rate with better coverage for fifty dollars less a month. I informed the agent I was going when my current policy ended. The next day I was cancelled. Not a good way to do business. I then called the agent to find out what had happened. She told me I authorized the cancellation and she had a recording of my call to prove it. I asked to hear the recording and she just gave me a lot of double talk. I guess they don't know that it's illegal to record a person's conversation without their consent. If this is how they do business I want nothing of it anymore. I had highly recommended them to several friends but I will now not do that anymore. Be cautious doing business with them....

Karen helped me out a lot. I have been with Progressive for a while and had my services bundled. She was honest and straightforward and won't force anything on you. She couldn't beat the car insurance but saved me $1,100 a year on my home insurance. She was amazing and very professional and I recommend GNS to anyone who wants to save money.

They are hands down the only people I will deal with. Worked with me for over a month to find the right insurance coverage. Highly recommend using them.

Update. They still have the best service in Parker County. They go above and beyond. Failure is not a option

Karen was extremely professional and attentive. Customer service is lacking in so many businesses, not at G & S. She helped me with a problem with my current commetcial insurance carrier and I intend to switch to their office due to her great attention to detail.
