Well, I can tell you that this probate Judge needs to better do his homework in regards to large and perhaps more complicated Probated Estates. Families futures are in his hands, when a large amount of assets are involved in a case, evil and greed can come out of people and they will go to unbelievable lengths to get at the wealth. Judge Riley took the word of a person named in a case . The family of the deceased all lived out of state, where she also was originally from and moved to Texas remarried for the last 14 years of her life. Long story but lies and information withheld from this judge has cost my family their family business and everything my Dad worked his entire life too leave for his children when he was gone. The new Texas hubby swindling every cent and every bit of assets he could. This judge needs to verify facts rather than take the word of crooked attorney Gary Jordan who is a member of the good old boys club.

I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism in my life. I expected a higher standard when dealing with elected officials and members of our judicial system.
