If I could give this pharmacy a negative star, I would. Took my kid to the ER last night, they called the prescriptions in to this location. I have the paperwork to prove it. When I arrived, there were at least 7 cars in the drive through. So I went inside. If course still a line at the pharmacy. Only one person working the pharmacy at 10pm while it's that busy is ridiculous. The man was super rude saying he didn't have anything under my daughter's name. I figured it just hadn't come through yet so we went to get something to eat. Came back an hour later, got in line at the drive through behind 7 cars still. Waited another hour in line for the same man to be super rude again. Fussed at me for being in the wrong drive through line then proceeded to tell me that again he has nothing under my daughter's name. I drove away with him yelling at me through the intercom. I went back to the ER and got them to print her prescriptions. Never again will I use this pharmacy. It's sad because it's the only late night pharmacy anywhere near us and I still had an hour to drive home.

I had to go to urgent care last night and they sent my meds here. The pharmacy said it would be 40 minutes but I had to go home instead, so l was just going to transfer it to my personal pharmacy in the morning. Today they said they did not have my meds. I don't understand how a prescription can disappear. This seems negligent.

We got our flu shot here. They were behind about 30 minutes, so that kind of sucked, but it’s all good! The shot didn’t hurt. It wasn’t too bad, overall! They have bathrooms here. They have groceries, photo are, pharmacy, and Labcorp is here for blood draws. Wide variety of items and things are here! The staff is very nice!

I choose Walgreens over all other name brand pharmacy stores! Had conflicts with another pharmacy. Pharmacist told me and doctor that the prescription that was given to me was not the right prescription for me and refused to fill it. I notified corporate office. They made pharmacist apologize to doctor, he had no right to tell doctor what to prescribe to patient.

this is the worst Walgreens that I have ever been to the pharmacy is horrible. I have never had a visit to this pharmacy drive-thru that has lasted less than 45 minutes. I dread coming to pick up my prescriptions and they hardly get them correct. They have no problem calling me seven times a day and leaving me voicemails and texting me but when I try to call back or address a concern in person, nobody wants to respond. My last interaction with this pharmacy, I have been waiting to pick up my prescription for almost now: I had an appointment and two days later I went to go pick up my prescription to be told that it is out of stock and there is a truck coming on Tuesday. I received a call that it is available so Tuesday night I head to the pharmacy for the line to be 12 cars long and I decide I will come back another day. I continue to get multiple calls a day, when I went to the pharmacy a few days later, I was told that they never even received the order from my doctor and then I had to reach out to my doctor. I left, called my doctor, and they confirmed for me that the Walgreens had received and approved the order , I have called Walgreens several times and have not been helped.

older lady with blonde curly hair, extremely extremely unprofessional.going into a store at night and feeling uncomfortable because the night shift staff is so unprofessional is not acceptable I hope that her employer takes a look into her and how she treats customers. she was being rude and judgy , saying out of pocket things that should never even be brought up, this happened to everyone in front of me checking out as well as me when I checked out. you maybe have your personal beliefs but that should be left aside when you are at work. Always keep it professional. I can brush a lot of things off and laugh things off but this is one that I genuinely walked out livid. I chose to be professional and not go back in and say anything to her tho. Hopefully management takes action and replaces her with a more professional employee. I’ve seen young kids be more respectful and professional than this lady probably in her 60’s I would say.

It takes hours to fill prescription, if they actually have the medication. Most of the time they are super rude and you have to wait in a line for about an hour for them to tell you your medication isn’t actually ready even though you got a phone call that it was

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever done business with and the Ops manager needs more training on how to handle complaints.
Professionalism is not a quality here!!
I say fill your prescription somewhere else especially if you need it in a timely manner.
