Walked in there was a bag of trash by the door. Floor was wet with no sign out. Hella flies everywhere. And my burger was super cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. And bread wasn’t even toasted like it normally is. PLACE IS GROSS! And needs better management!

Tried this whataburger instead of the one off the freeway. Big mistake. How can one whataburger be so different from the other? Management is my only guess.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich through the drive through and when I got it it was a regular chicken sandwich absolutely DRENCHED in whatever sauce they use. It was unappetizing so I had to drive back and get a refund. She asked me if I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich and I said no, even if it was free.
I went down the road to the other whataburger and the sandwich was completely fine....someone, or everyone at this establishment hates their job.

Service: slow, food: cold(both fries and burger although we waited 20 minutes in an almost empty restaurant), order: incorrect and missing items, cheese: don't order it(it's gritty and gross), all in all a total disappointment. I should have just asked for a refund and gone somewhere else. And the store is COLD... miserable experience. I'll go to Hudson Oaks for Whataburger from here on out. Yuck.

Even though it was late and they were busy since they are the only place open past 11pm they still were very friendly and efficient. I would definitely drive a little out of the way past closer Whataburger to go to this one. I know they are going to be nice and get my order right and the food tastes good.

We ordered through the drive thru. At the Ordering box and the window confirmed that we wanted condiments. When our food was handed to us we asked to confirm agai there were condiments In the bag. We had several orders that were mashed into the big bag. As we pull off I start to check and realize part of our order is missing. So we turn around come back. As I come to the counter a couple of workers make eye contact with me but don’t acknowledge me at all or say anything. I stand there for a few minutes before a manager comes to the counter. I informed him of our missing items. He brings them to me. We go down the road again to realize there are 0 condiments In the bag like we had asked about multiple times. Oh well we don’t want to go back again. We get home and our food tastes horrible. The frys and hash browns taste like dirty greese. The chicken strips taste bad and are super cold. This whole experience was horrible. Thank you for ruining our breakfast today!

Had to wait 40 minutes at a fast food restaurant. Manager, who handed us the order, didn't even apologize for their late service (we complained to him after 30 minutes).

Customers who ordered after us received and ate their food and were walking out with us by the time we got our to go order.

No brioche bun so got regular bun. And instead of toasting it properly, they burnt it.

Came to love their breakfast burger, but always thought there was too much of the ceeamy pepper sauce. So I decided to order it with EZ on the sauce only to have none on my breakfast burger.
